Usually kids are involved in physical activities that is sporting and swimming and generally they are feed with the Atta Ladoo because these ladoo can be filled with cashew nuts, raisins, almonds and other dry fruits of your kids choice which are very much beneficial for your kids health.

Recipe Of Atta Ladoo:

Preparation time 45-50 minutes
Serves 4-5 people

Ingredients:

Ghee 30 gram
Atta 250 gram
Jaggery or sugar 2000 gram
Nuts of your choice
Cardamom powder 1 tsp

Instruction For Cooking:

1. Firstly roast atta and keep aside ia a bowl.

2. Now heat a heavy bottomed pan add ghee in it.

3. When ghee melts add the whole wheat flour roasted before.

4. Now turn the heat to medium and fry the whole wheat flour and ghee stirring continuously till you get a nice aroma and the wheat flour turns light brown and you can smell the aroma.

5. Now add the grated jaggery or sugar and fry for another 5 minutes or more till the all jaggery pieces or sugar completely dissolve in to atta ghee mixture.

6. Now add the chopped nuts, cardamom powder and raisins and mix well and remove from heat.

7. Now form lime sized balls with the whole wheat mixture when the mixture is slightly hot and easily handled in hands palm.

8. Now keep the ladoos in a plate to cool down.

Useful tip For Making Atta Ladoo:

While making Atta Ladoo always remember this useful tip that is to get an excellent and delicious ladoos fry the whole wheat flour very nicely with ghee till you get a nice aroma from the flour and ghee mixture.
