Preparation time 30-40 minutes
Serves 5-6 people
Chana boiled 1 cup
Cabbage 500 gram
Red chilli powder As required
Cumin seeds 1 tsp
Onion 1 cup
Green chilli 5
Turmeric powder pinch
Ginger Garlic paste 1/2 tsp
Coconut powder 1 tbsp
Coriander powder 1/2 tsp
Oil 1 tbsp
Coriander leaves fresh 1 bunch
Instruction For Cooking:
1. Take a pan add oil,cumin seeds,chopped onions,green chilli salt,saute them.
2. Then add turmuric powder,gingergarlic paste,cabbage,mix it well then add coriander powder,red chilli powder,coconut powder,bolied channa saute them and close it with a lid and cook till the cabbage is tender.
3. If required add water for cooking.
4. Once the cabbage is tender add coriander leave chopped.
5. Serve with roti or pulkas.
