Recipe Of Egg With Tomato & Capsicum:

Preparation time 20-30 minutes
Serves 4-5 people

Ingredients:

Capsicum (cubed) 4
Tomatoes chopped 1/2 kg
Eggs boiled 4
Curry leaves a few
Crushed red pepper 1 tbsp
Turmeric powder 1 tsp
Cloves 1 tsp
White cumin seeds 1 tsp
Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Lemons 2
Oil as required

Instruction For Making:

1. Take a wok add oil and heat it, then add in chopped tomatoes simultaneously, add in crushed red chillies, turmeric powder, ginger garlic paste, and salt.

2. When water of tomatoes dries out, add in the cubed capsicums, curry leaves, cloves, white cumin seeds and lemon juice and cook on low heat.

3. Now sliced the boiled eggs separately,

4. Take frying pan and heat some oil in a frying pan and shallow fry the prepared vegetables mixture.

5. Now dish it out and keep the egg slices on top. serves hot.
