Recipe Of Fruit Custard:

Preparation Time 30 minutes
Serves 5-6 people

Ingredients:

Milk 1 litre
Custard powder (any flavour) 5-6 tbsp
Sugar 150 gram
Cream 1 packet or 100 ml
Mxx fruits fresh seasonally available or Canned
Jelly any colour any flavour

Instruction For Cooking:

1. Heat milk for boiling.

2. Take some milk like 1/2 cup and add custard powder in it and dissolve properly.

3. Now add sugar to milk and bring it to boil.

4. Now add the milk and custard mixture to boiling milk and mix stirr continiously till it is thick and coats back of spoon.

5. Now leave it aside to cool down then take serving bowl add cream, fruits, jelly, cake pieces and pour custard mixture on it.

6. Served chilled with topping of cream, fruits and jelly.
