Homemade Paneer Qulcha Made With:

Homemade Paneer Qulcha can be made with for dough you need flour, ghee, yogurt, yeast, salt and luke warm milk. For filling you need onion chopped, green chillies, cheese, butter, garlic cloves chopped, salt and cumin seeds.

Recipe Of Homemade Paneer Qulcha:

Preparation time 30-45 minutes
Serves 5-6 people

Ingredients:

For Dough:

flour 1/2 kg
ghee 1/2 cup
yogurt 1/2 cup
yeast 1 tbsp
salt 1/2 tsp
luke warm milk as required

For Filling:

onion chopped 1 medium
green chillies chopped 2
cheese 200 gram
butter 50 gram
garlic chopped 1 tsp
salt 1/2 tsp
cumin seeds 2 tsp

Instructions For Making:

For Dough:

1. Take a bowl, Mix together 1/2 kg Flour, 1/2 cup Ghee, 1/2 cup Yogurt, 1 tbsp Yeast, 1/2 tsp Salt and knead to medium soft dough with lukewarm milk as required.

For filling:

1.In a bowl mix together 200 gm cheese, 1 chopped onion, 2 chopped green chilies, 1 tsp chopped garlic, 2 tsp cumin seeds and 1/2 tsp salt. Mix well and keep aside.

2.Now heat 1 tbsp butter in a pan, add filling mixture and cook for 1 minute. Make two tortillas of dough, put filling mixture on one tortilla, top with second and seal well. Make marks on it using fingers.

3.Bake in a pre heated oven of 200 degrees bake it for 10 minutes. Lastly spread butter and serve hot.
