Eggs 4
Milk 1/4 cup
Salt To taste
Mushroom chopped 1 cup
Onion chopped 1/4 cup
Spring Onions 2 tbsp
Pepper powder 1/4 tsp

Instruction For Cooking:

1. In a bowl, add eggs and by adding milk whisk well.

2. Add salt, mushroom, onion, spring onions, pepper powder, mix well and cook the mixture in oven for 2 minutes.

3. After 2 minutes once mix the scrambled egg and put back in oven for another 3 minutes.

4. Serve hot with any toast.
