Recipe Of Red Chilli Chutni:

Preparation time 10-15 minutes
Serves  8-10 people

Inngredients:

Yogurt 1 cup
Red Chilies 6
Green Coriander 2 tbsp
Mint Leaves 2 tbsp
Garlic Cloves 4
Tomatoes 1
Salt ½ tsp
Crushed Cumin ½ tsp
Tamarind Pulp 4 tbsp
Water ½ cup

Method For Preparing:

1. In a blender, put 1 cup yogurt, 6 red chilies, 2 tbsp green coriander, 2 tbsp mint leaves, 4 garlic cloves, 1 tomato, ½ tsp salt, ½ tsp cumin, 4 tbsp tamarind pulp and ½ cup water and blend it finely.

2. Red Chilli Chutni dip sauce is ready to serve.

Variation In Red Chilli chutni:

In Red Chilli Chutni the paste of all ingredients can be sauteed in oil to give it a tempting taste and texture and colour.

There are many simple ways in which Red Chilli Chutni can be used to transform any dull food in to titilating spicy food.
