Sweet & Sour Chicken can be made with chicken boneless, vinegar, salt, black pepper, corn flour and egg beaten. For Sauce you need oil, crushed garlic, sugar, suree sweet sauce, vinegar, soy sauce, corn flour, water, salt and black pepper.
Ingredients
- Chicken boneless - 1/2 kg
- Salt - 1/2 tsp
- Black pepper - 1/2 tsp
- Corn flour - 1 tbsp
- Egg - 1
- For Sauce:
- Oil - 2 tbsp
- Garlic chopped - 2 tbsp
- Sugar - 2 tbsp
- Suree sweet sauce - 1/2 cup
- Vinegar - 3 tbsp
- Soya sauce - 2 tbsp
- Corn flour - 1 tbsp
- Water - 1/4 cup
- Salt - 1/4 tsp
- Black pepper - 1/4 tsp
Instructions
Instruction For Cooking:
1. Heat oil, fry garlic and add all the sauce ingredients.
2. Thicken the sauce with corn flour and fold in the fried chicken.
3. Marinate the chicken with all the ingredients, dip in the beaten egg and fry.
