Recipe Of Aloo Burger Chutni:
Prepartion Time 30 minutes
Serves 4-5 people
Coriander leaves fresh 1 bunch
Imli (tamarind pulp) 2 tbsp
whole dry red chillies” (roasted) 1 tsp
Mint leaves 1 bunch
Salt 1 tbsp
Instruction For Making:
1. Roast the whole corriander, zeera and dry red chillies then crushed and put aside.
2.Then in a blender put all the above ingredients and blend it well while it become a smooth paste.
Variation In Aloo Burger Chutni:
In this recipe of Aloo Burger Chutni we are adding tamarind to give a tangy taste. You can also add lemon juice that enhances the flavours of mint and coriander and prevent discoloration of the green leaves.
