Recipe Of Aloo Gobhi:

Preparation time 30-40 minutes
Serves 5-6 people

Ingredients:

Cauliflower (cut in to florets) 1
Potatoes cubed 4
Amchoor powder 1/2 tsp
Coriander powder 2 tsp
Turmeric powder 3/4 tsp
Cumin seeds 1 tsp
Garam masala 1 tsp
GInger garlic paste 1 tsp
Red chilli powder 1 tsp
Green peas 2 tbsp
Green chilli 2
Onion 1
Coriander leaves chopped 1 bunch
Oil 1/4 cup
Salt to taste
Tomatoes chopped 3

Instruction For Cooking:

1. Heat oil in a pan, saute cumin seeds, ginger-garlic paste for a minute and crushed tomato, onion and green chilli and add turmeric, cook till oil ozzes out.

2. Add rest of spices mixed in water, add potatoes, cauliflower and salt. Fry for few minutes.

3. Lower the heat, cover and simmer for about 15 minutes until the vegetables are cooked.

4. Serve hot with naan, chapati or roti.
