Difference Between Bran Bread & Brown Bread:

There is a very little difference between these 2 breads that make it differ from each other which is,

Brown Bread is made with whole wheat flour.

Bran Bread is also made with whole wheat flour but additional wheat bran is added.

Bran Bread Made With:

Bran Bread can be made with flour, chocker flour, oil, salt, sugar, yeast, eggs and brown sugar.

Recipe Of Bran Bread:

Prepared in 25-30 minutes
Serves 4-5 peoples.

Ingredients:

Flour 500 grams
Chocker 250 grams
Oil 150 grams
Salt 1 tsp
Sugar 50 grams
Yeast 30 grams
Eggs 2
Brown sugar 2 tbsp

Instruction For Making:

1. Take a clean bowl, combine the flour, chocker, oil, salt, sugar, yeast, eggs and brown sugar.

2. Knead the dough properly with wluke warm water as required and leave it aside to rise.

3. Spread the dough mixture in a loaf pan and bake in a preheated oven at 180 C for 20 minutes or untill toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.

4. Cool pan for 10 minutes on wire rack, then remove bread from pan, cool completely, cut in to slices to serve.

Variation in Bran Bread:

Bran Bread is already a versatile variety of bread amongs all but you can make it more variable by adding some other tasteful and healthy ingredients to make it more delicious. You can add some nuts of your choice and also raisins because raisins and walnuts add a rich sweetness and satisfying bite to this yummy quick bread.
