Recipe Of Carrot & Cauliflower Pickle:

Preparation time 30 minutes

Serves 4-5 people

Ingredients:

Cauliflower 1 cup

Carrot 1 cup

Cumin seeds 1/2 tsp

Curry leaves small 1 spring

Garlic cloves 5-6

Garlic paste 1 tsp

Hing pinch

Lemon Juice 2 lemons

Fenugreek powder pinch

Mustard powder 1/4 cup

Mustard seeds 1/2 tsp

Oil 1/2 cup

Red chilli dry 3

Red chilli powder 1/2 cup

Salt to taste

Turmeric powder pinch

Instruction For Cooking:

1. Slice the Carrot and Califlower into small cubes and keep it a side.

2. Take bowl add Red chilli powder, mustard powder, fenugreek powder, garlic (mashed) and turmeric powder. Mix this well and keep it a side.

3. Take pan heat oil. Add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, red chillies, hing, garlic once it is done switch off the flame and add curry leaves keep this tempering a side till it cool down.

4. Now take spices mixture add tempering into it and mix it well, now add cut Carrot and cauliflower cubes into it and mix it well at last add lemon juice.

5. keep this mixture for 6hrs a side.
