Cream 1 tbsp
Sugar 1 tbsp
Mint leaves 3
Lemon juice 1 tsp
Black pepper 1/4 tsp
Salt 1/4 tsp

1. Wash carrots, chop them and boil them for 5 minutes, let them cool.

2. Blend carrots, sugar, lime juice, black pepper and salt in mixture and sieve it.

3. Serve in a glass, garnished cream and mint leaves.
