Recipe Of Chaat Masala:
Preparation time 30-40 minutes
Coriander seeds 1 cup
Cumin seeds 1- 1/4 cup
Carom seeds 1/2 cup
Mango powder 1/2 cup
Garam masala 2-1/2 tsp
Black rock salt powdered 1-1/4 cups
Black pepper powdered 4 tsp
Citric acid 2 tsp
Mint leaves dried and powdered 1/2 cup
Method For Making:
1 Roast the coriander, cumin and carom seeds in a
pan till dark brown.
2. Remove from pan and leave to cool.
3. Now put all the ingredients together and powder
fine in a processor.
4. Store in an airtight jar.
