Recipe Of Cheesy Tandoori Aaloo:
Preparation time 25-30 minutes
Serves 3-4 peoples.
Potatoes 1/2 kg
Tandoori masala 2 tbsp
Cheddar cheese 4 tbsp
Chopped green chillies 4
Chopped ginger 2 tbsp
Chopped green coriander leaves 1/2 bunch
Salt to taste
Oil as required
1. Boil the potatoes and then peel then and keep aside.
2. Take another pan and deep fry boil potatoes.
3. Then take a wok and add 2 tbsp oil, then add fry potatoes,tandoori masala, lemon juice and salt and stir.
4. Then add cheddar cheese and chopped ginger and then add green chillies and green coriander leaves chopped. Simmer for 5 minutes and serve hot.
