Recipe Of Chicken Tikka:

Preparation 25 to 30 minutes
Serves 8 peoples.

Ingredients:

Chicken Marinade for 8 leg quarter
1/2 cup thick yougurt
1 tablespoons Cumin (slightly toasted and grounded)
1/2 teaspoon garam masala
1/2 teaspoon ground corriander
2 freshly squeezed lemon juice
Half packet Tandoori Masala
Ginger/Garlic Paste
Cayenne pepper to taste
Salt/Pepper
Olive Oil
(Usually i just dump in every spice I see in my pantry! You can never go wrong with chicken tikka!)

Method:

1. Marinate chicken legs overnight or for atleast 3 to 4 hours.

2. Spray with olive oil and place the chicken peices on the hot grill.

3. Cook for about 25 to 30 minutes. Use any remaining marinade to brush the chicken while cooking.

4. Squeeze some lemon juice in the end.

5. Serve Hot!
