Recipe Of Coconut Toffee:
Preparation time 30 minutes
Serves 4-5 people
Grated coconut 2 cup
Sugar 2 cup
Salt 1 pinch
Milk 250 gram
Essence 1 tsp
Food colour 1 drop (pink/green)
Instruction For Making:
1. Put grated coconut,sugar, salt, milk and essence in to a vessel.
2. keep the vessel on low Fire.
3. Go on stirring till the mixture becomes very sticky and leaves the side of the Vessel. Then keep a side and put food colour in to the mixture and mix well.
4. Grease a plate with ghee and put the mixture over it. spread evenly and let it cool.
5. cut into any desired shape and serve.
Variation In Coconut Toffee:
You can make Coconut Toffee in many variations adding your choice of ingredients in it like almonds, cshew, walnut, raisin, chocolate chip or chocolate pieces etc.
