Recipe Of Elaichi Chai:
Preparation Time 5 minute
Serving 2-4 people
Water 3 cups
Cardamom (elachi),bruised 12 pods
Milk, thickened 1 cup
Tea leaf 3 1/2 tsp
Sugar 1/4 cup
Instruction For Making:
1.Boil 3 cups of water on medium heat. When bubbling add an the bruised cardamom pods. Heat up and boil for 2 to 3 minutes.
2.Turn the heat to medium again, and then add the tea leaves. Boil for a further 1 minute. Cover and remove from heat. Keep covered for about 50 seconds.
3.Now, pour in the warm milk and add the sugar. If required, add more sugar according to taste. Serve hot.
