Recipe Of Fish Patties:
Preparation time 30 minutes
Serves 4-5 people
Fish boneless boiled 500 gram
Potatoes boiled 200 gram
Ginger garlic paste 1/4 tsp
Oil 3 tbsp
Red chilli powder 1 tsp
Bread crumbs 1cup
Lime juice 1
Pepper powder 1 tsp
Coriander fresh chopped 1/2 cup
Salt To taste
Green chillies 3-4 chopped
Onion chopped 1 cup
Turmeric powder A pinch
Coriander powder A pinch
Garlic chooped 5-6
Instrution For Cooking:
1. Firstly boiled the potatoes by adding little salt when boiled then peeled the skin and mashed it well and keep aside.
2. Now take another pan add a little salt and pepper to fish fillets and cook or boil the fish in water for 5 minutes then drain water untill the moisture is gone and fillets are become dry no excess water found in fillets make it sure.
3. Now take a bowl add fish boiled pieces and potato and them mix and mash them together.
4. Now divide this mashed mixture in to 2 parts.
1. Add pepper, chopped garlic, salt, green chillies and lime juice and mix well, then make in to small balls and keep aside.
2. In another bowl beat egg and put some bread crumbs in another plate.
3. Now dip the balls in egg mixture and roll them in bread crumbs and make it in to any shape you like, then shallow fry these patties untill golden brown and crisp.
1. Take mashed mixture and heat very little oil in a non stick pan, then add chopped onions, salt, green chillies, ginger garlic paste. turmeric powder and mix well.
2. Now add coriander powder, red chilli powder, freshly chopped coriander leaves and agin mix well.
3. Now mix this in to mashed mixture of fish and potatoes and mix well, keep aside and let it little cool enough to keep on palm.
4. Make equal portions of circular or oval shapes like patties or cutlets, then dip in to the egg mixture and then roll in to bread crumbs and then shallow fry them till golden brown and crisp.
