Recipe Of Garlic Brown Sugar Chicken:

Preparation time 35-45 minutes
Serves 5-6 people


Chicken 1 kg
Packed brown sugar 1 cup
Vinegar 2/3 cup
White fizzy drink 1/4 cup
Garlic (crushed) 2-3 cloves
Soya sauce 2 tbsp
Crushed black pepper 1 tsp
Corn flour 1 tbsp
Boiled rice or noodles to serve with

Instruction For Cooking:

1. Mix all ingredients except corn flour and pour over chicken.

2. Let marinate few hours in fridge.

3. An hour before serving, cook chicken with marinade till done.

4. Juices can be thickened by adding a little corn flour earlier mixed in water.

5. Serve over rice or noodles.
