Preparation time 15-20 minutes

Garlic 1 clove
White bread 3 slices
Oil for frying
Chili powder a little
Salt & pepper to taste

1. Crush the garlic.
2. Remove the crusts from the bread slices and cut the bread into small cubes.
3. Heat the oil. When hot, add the bread cubes and cook whilst stirring constantly.
4. When the cubes start to turn color, add the garlic and mix well.
5. When the cubes are golden brown, remove and drain.
6. Sprinkle salt and pepper and a little chili powder.
