As we know the recipe of Ginger Chicken Fry is a spicy dish that have two main ingredients chicken and ginger as well as here is one more ingredient in this dish that is freshly ground black pepper is used to give an additional kick and spicy flavour to the Ginger Chicken Fry.

Recipe Of Ginger Chicken Fry:

Preparation time 30-40 minutes
Serves 4-5 people


Chicken 1 kg
Green Chillies 3-4
Coriander leaves fresh 1 bunch
Corn Flour 1 tbsp
Ginger(cut julian shape) 100 gram
Onion 1
Black pepper freshly ground 1 tsp
Salt To taste
Soy sauce 1 tbsp
Vinegar 1 tbsp
Lime juice 1

Instruction For Cooking:

1. Firstly take onion and green chillies and make a fine paste in blender.

2. Now take a bowl add chicken pieces, soy sauce, vinegar, corn flour and salt to taste and mix well and keep aside for 20 minutes.

3. Now take a pan which has a wide area then add oil and heat.

4. Add marinated chicken pieces and fry on medium till they become golden brown in colour then add julian cutted ginger slices, ginger garlic paste and mix well.

5. Now add the onion green chilli paste and mix well, cook for 5 minutes till the onion paste gets nicely coated to the chicken pieces and add little salt if required.

6. Now add freshly ground pepper and finely chopped coriander leaves and lime juice.

Variation In Ginger Chicken Fry:

Ginger Chicken Fry is already a very tasty and versatile dish but you can make it more variable in taste by adding little amount of chilli sauce to make it slightly little sweet.

Served Ginger Chicken Fry:

Ginger Chicken Fry can be served along with rice of your choice and roti to make this Ginger Chicken Fry healthy and delicious meal.
