Recipe Of Green Chutni:

Preparation Time 10 minutes
Serves 4-5 people

Ingredients:

Onion 1 piece
Sugar 1 tbsp
Salt 1 tsp
Green chillies 3-4
Lemon juice 1
Coriander leaves 3 cup
Mint leaves 1 cup

Instruction For Making:

1. Wash and clean the mint and coriander leaves.

2. In a blender add mint,coriander leaves, green chillies, salt, sugar, onions, lemon juice.

3. Grind it till chutni turns smooth.

Variation In Green Chutni:

Green Chutni is versatile dip sauce or chutni. You can also made this chutni more variable by adding some other ingredients to gives its taste more pungent and flavouful.

Green Chutni is a combination of slighhtly sweet and spicy taste that is served with crispy samosa, chaat, sev pori, bhel pori, tikkis, papad, papdi chaat, pakoras, kebabs etc.
