Preparation time 2 hour 30 minutes

Chicken breast fillets 1/2 kg
Soya sauce 2 tbsp
Crushed Black pepper 3/4 tsp
Garlic paste 2 tsp
Worcestershire sauce 2 tbsp
Oil 4 tbsp
Lemon juice 4 tbsp
Salt 1 tsp
Paprika powder 1-1/2 tbsp
Peri Peri sauce 3 tbsp
Meat tenderizer 1 tsp
Fries to serve

Instruction For Cooking:

1. Marinate the chicken with soya sauce, crushed black pepper, garlic paste, Worcestershire sauce, oil, lemon juice, salt, paprika, peri peri sauce and meat tenderizer at least for 2 hours.

2. Grill it in very little oil till done.

3. Do not overcook. Serve with fries.
