Recipe Of Kofta Curry:

Preparation time 50 minutes
Serve 5-6 peoples.

Ingredients:

For Meat Balls:

Beef mince 400 gram
Salt 1 tsp
Chilli powder 1, 1/2 tsp heaped
Onion chopped 1
Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
Brown onion 2 tbsp
All spice powder 1 tsp
Poppy seeds 1 tbsp grinded
gram roasted grinded 1 tbsp

For Curry:

Yogurt 1/2 kg
Gram flour 8 tbsp
Turmeric powder 1 tsp
Whole red chillies 6 to 8
Curry leaves 25
Salt 1 tsp

For Pakoras:

Gram flour 1 cup
Salt 1/2 tsp heaped
crushed red pepper 1 tsp
Onion chopped 1 cup
Soda by carb 1/4 tsp heaped

Instructions For Cooking:

For Koftay:

1. Put mince in the chopper with salt, chilli powder, ginger garlic, brown onion, all spice powder, roasted gram, poppy seeds and chopperize well, make in to kofta and keep aside.

2. In a blender blend raw onions with ginger garlic paste, salt, coriander powder, chilli powder and blend well.

3. Take a pan heat oil then add blended mixture and fry well till oil comes on top, then add koftas in this mixture and cook for 10 minutes.

For curry:

1. Blend yogurt, gram flour, salt, turmeric powder and chilli powder blend it all for 1 minute.

2. Now put this blended mixture in a pan and cook stiring all the time till thick.

3. Now add kofta mixture in the curry and cook.

4. Make pakoras, add in the koftas in curry.

5. Lastly gie baghar with whole red chillies, curry leaves and cumin seeds.

Serve hot.

Variation In Kofta Curry:

KOfta curry have some variations according to your own choice. you can also add green chillies in meat balls mixture and also soya leaves to enhance taste of kofta balls. you can also add coriander fresh leaves and green chillies in pakoras mixture to make it more delicious.

Uses Of Kofta Curry:

You can serve this KOfta Curry recipe with naan or chapatti or even with simple boiled rice. Kofta curry is usually eaten in lunches and dinners at home.
