Lagan K Koftay was originated in Pakistan and India as a special traditional dish it was originated by proffesional chefs of Pakistan and India.
Recipe Of Lagan K Koftay:
Preparation time 50-60 minutes
Serve 4-5 people
Mince meat 1/2 kg
Raw papaya 1 tsp grinded
Salt 1 tsp
Ginger garlic 1 tsp heaped
Roasted gram flour 2 tbsp
All spice powder 1 tsp
Yogurt 1/2 cup
Brown onion grinded 2 tbsp heaped
Raw onion 2 chopped
Chilli powder 1tsp heaped
Lemon juice 2 tbsp
Green chillies chopped 4
Coriander leaves chopped 2 tbsp
Mint leaves chopped 2 tbsp
Instruction For Cooking:
1. Take a clean bowl marinate mince meat for salt and raw papaya for 30 minutes.
2. Grind together onion, coriander leaves, mint leaves, green chillies, mix in the mince along with grinded brown onion, lemon juice, roasted gram flour and mix all well.
3. Now make kofta, spread in a greased lagan dish and cook for 15 minutes add in oil 1/4 cup.
4. Beat yogurt with a pinch of salt and pour over the kofta on lagan and garnish with chopped green chillies.
5. Give dum of coal.
Variation In Lagan K Koftay:
Sometimes Lagan K koftay is cooked with eggs like nargasi koftay. Another variation in this recipe is you can also added capsicum in gravy to make it differnt in taste.
