Liver Jalfrezi Made With:

Liver Jalfrezi can be made with liver, onion diced, tomato diced, garlic cloves, crushed dry Kashmiri chillies, green chillies, finely chopped ginger, cumin powder, curry leaves, crushed black pepper and oil.

Recipe Of Liver Jalfrezi:

Preparation time 35-45 minutes
Serves 4-5 people


Liver ½ kg
Garlic 3-4 cloves
Onions diced 2
Crushed dry Kashmiri chillies 2
Chopped tomato 1
Green chili chopped 1
Finely chopped ginger 1 small piece
Cumin powder 2 tsp
Curry leaves a few
Crushed black pepper 1 tsp
Oil 2 tbsp

Instruction For Cooking:

1. Lightly dry roast the crushed pepper and cumin seeds on a pan and keep aside.

2. Heat oil, add the crushed dry Kashmiri chillies and the diced onions and crushed garlic and green chili and sauté until onions get golden brown.

3. Add the diced liver pieces stir, add diced tomatoes, and let it cook for 5 minutes.

4. Add the masala roasted earlier and let it cook for few minutes or until liver is cooked.

Variation In Liver Jalfrezi:

Liver Jalfrezi is already a very versatile dish of liver making in new way but you can make it more variable by adding green capsicum in diced shape to cook with it to give a delicious taste an color to this Liver Jalfrezi.
