Mix Daal Makhni can be made with whole red lentil, bengal gram, white lentil, tamarind pulp, lemon juice, onion, tomatoes, garlic cloves, cumin seeds, salt, mustard seeds, turmeric powder, red chili powder, green chilies, oil and butter.
Recipe Of Mix Daal Makhni:
Preparation time 30-45 minutes
Serves 5-6 people
Whole Red Lentils 1 cup
Bengal Gram 1 cup
White Lentils 1 cup
Tamarind Pulp 1 cup
Lemon Juice 4 tbsp
Garlic Cloves 4
Cumin Seeds 1 tsp
Salt 1 – ½ tsp
Mustard Seeds 1 tsp
Turmeric Powder 1 tsp
Red Chili 1 – ½ tsp
Green Chilies 6
Oil ½ cup
Butter 100 gms
Instruction For Cooking:
1. Boiled whole red lentils ,bengal gram,white lentils and mix it.
2. In a separate, heat oil add onion until brown.
3. Then add garlic cloves,tomatoes, cumin seeds, green chilies, salt, mustard seeds, turmeric powder,red chili powder and fry.
4. Now lentils mix .
5. In the end, add tamarind pulp,lemon juice, simmer for 5 minutes.
6. Removes from the stove, and pour butter.
Variation In Mix Daal Makhni:
Mix Daal Makhni is already a perfect daal recipe among all but you can do little changes in ingredients according to yuor choice. You can use white butter instead of ghee or plain butter or you can also add cream for even more creamy taste.
