Moong Daal Ki Kheer can be made with moong ki daal, rice, milk, cardamom powder, khoya, almonds and pistachios, water, sugar and silver paper for decoration.

Recipe Of Moong Daal Ki Kheer:

Preparation time 30-45 minutes
Serves 5-6 people


Moong daal (Boiled) 250 gms
Rice (Boiled) 1 cup
Milk 2 litre
Cardamom Powder ½ tsp
Khoya 1 cup
Almonds,Pistachios as required
Water 2 cup
Sugar 2 cup
Silver paper as required

Instruction For Making:

1. In a blender, blended boiled moong gram and boiled rice.

2. In a pan , add milk and blended mixture and cook. When mixture thickens, add sugar.

3. When sugar dries,add khoya,and cardamom powder.

4. In the end, dish out the kheer, sprinkle almonds and ,pistachios, garnish with silver paper and serve.

Variation In Moong Daal Ki Kheer:

Moong Daal Ki kheer is already a versatile recipe of kheer/dessert among all kheer recipes but you can make it more variable by adding few more ingredients like cashewnuts, raisins and also you can use condensed milk to make it more sweet.
