Recipe Of Mutton Soup:
Preparation time 30-40 minutes
Serves 5-6 people
oil 1 tbsp full
Cumin seeds 1 tbsp
Pepper corns to taste
Garlic 6-7 cloves
Tomato 1 medium
Onion 1 medium
Mutton with bone 200 gram
Green Chillies 2 medium
Coriander leaves 1/2 bunch
Instruction For Cooking:
1. Grind onion, garlic, pepper, cumin in a blender.
2. Clean and wash properly the mutton.
3. In a pressure cooker, add mutton, grounded paste, tomato,green chillies, and salt.
4. Wait till 2 – 3 whistles.
5. When the pressure is realeased, add oil and let it boil for few seconds.
6. Garnish it with fresh coriander leaves.
7. Now its ready to serve. You can add pepper powder for extra spiciness.
