Recipe Of Paneer & Corn:

Preparation time 25-30 minutes
Serves 4-5 people


Cottage cheese (1/2-inch cubes) as required
Corn 1 cup
Oil 2 tbsp
Chopped onions 2
Red chilli powder 1/4 tsp
Coriander powder 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Garam masala powder 1/2 tsp
Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
Tomatoes (chopped) 2
Capsicum (chopped) 1
Coriander leaves (chopped) 2 tbsp

Instruction For Cooking:

1. Heat oil, add onions and sauté till light brown.

2. Add red chilli powder, coriander powder, salt, garam masala, turmeric powder and sauté for a minute.

3. Add tomatoes and sauté till oil surfaces.

4. Add capsicum, corn and paneer, sauté just for a minute.

5. Serve garnished with chopped coriander.
