Ingredients
- creamy peanut butter - 1 cup
- butter softened - 4 ounces
- granulated sugar - 1/2 cup
- brown sugar - 1/2 cup
- eggs - 2
- butter milk - 1/2 cup
- vanilla essence - 2 tsp
- flour - 3 cups
- baking powder - 1/2 tsp
- baking soda - 1 tsp
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- chocolate chip - 1 cup
Instructions
1. Pre heat oven to 180 degrees. Grease mini loaves pan.
2. Combine peanut butter, butter, both the sugars.
3. Beat for 3 minutes until fluffy, beat in eggs one at a time until blended.
4. Add vanilla. Start adding in flour alternating with butter milk.
5. Beat on low speed until blended.
6. Stir in chocolate chips. pour batter into prepared pans.
7. Bake for 40 mins. Cool in pans. Remove and cool completely.
