Qeema Karhai can be made with mince meat hand beaten, onion, ginger garlic paste, tomatoes sliced, red chili powder, cumin roasted and crushed, coriander powder, salt, all spice powder, chili garlic sauce, green chillies chopped, ginger slices julian, oil and fresh coriander leaves for garnishing.

Recipe Of Qeema Karhai:

Preparation time 30-45 minutes
Serves 4-5 people


Mince hand beaten 1/2 kg
Onion 1 large
Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
Tomatoes sliced 4
Red chilli powder 1 tsp
Cumin roasted and crushed 1 tbsp
Coriander powder 1 tbsp
Salt 1 tsp
All spice powder 1 tsp
Chilli garlic sauce 2 tbsp
Green chillies chopped 6
Ginger julienne 2 inch piece
Oil 1/2 cup
Coriander leaves chopped 1/2 bunch

Instructions For Cooking:

1. Heat oil fry onion till light golden, add in ginger garlic paste, fry then add mince with salt.

2. Add 1 cup water cover and cook till mince half done, then add finely chopped tomatoes with all the seasonings, cover and cook till mince tender.

3. Lastly add ginger julienne, coriander leaves, green chillies and leave it on dum.

Serve hot with Naans.
