Ragout Pasta can be made with pasta boiled, olive oil, chopped onion, tomatoes cut into wedges, tomato paste, sliced mushrooms, chopped fresh basil, salt and black pepper.

Recipe Of Ragout Pasta:

Preparation Time 35-40 minutes
Serves 5-6 people


Pasta boiled 2 cups
Olive oil 2 tbsp
Chopped onion 1 cup
Tomatoes (cut into wedges) 4
Tomato paste 2 tbsp
Sliced mushrooms 2 cups
Chopped fresh basil 1/4 cup
Salt to taste
Black pepper to taste

Instruction For Cooking:

1. Heat the olive oil in a pan and cook the onion for about 5 minutes.

2. Add the tomato paste, tomato wedges and mushrooms, and simmer, stirring occasionally, for about 20 minutes, until the tomatoes and mushrooms are cooked through and the sauce is reduced and thickened.

3. Sprinkle on the basil, salt and pepper and stir to combine.

4. Pour over pasta and serve.
