Ingredients
- beef undercut 1 piece - 1 kg
- oil - 1/2 cup
- salt - 1, 1/2 tsp
- black pepper crushed - 1, 1/2 tsp
- mustard powder - 1 tsp heaved
- vinegar - 3 tbsp
- hoi son sauce - 2 tbsp
- Soya sauce - 2 tbsp
- water - 2 cup
- pepper sauce - 1/2 cup
- flour - 1 tbsp
- vegetable boiled - 1 cup
- mashed potato - 1 cup
Instructions
1. Prick undercut piece well with fork, martinet with salt pepper mustard vinegar soya sauce hoi son sauce, leave it for 4 hours.
2. Heat oil put marinated undercut fry well with both side for 10 min, add 2 cups water, cover and cook until done.
3. Add in pepper sauce, half cup water; mix with 1 tbsp flour and burnt sugar syrup. Cook till saucy.
4. Remove undercut in a platter cut into thin slices top with pepper sauce, serve with mashed potatoes and boiled vegetables.
