- Beef undercut thin slices - 1/2 kg
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- white pepper - 1/2 tsp
- egg - 1
- soya sauce - 1 tbsp
- corn flour - 2 tbsp
- capsicum cut into cubes - 1
- carrot cut into half then slices - 1
- onions cut into cubes like shashhlik - 1
- cabbage cut into slices - 1 small
- spring onion cut into diagnol - 1
- garlic crushed - 1 tbsp
- soya sauce - 1/3 cup
- hoi son - 2 tbsp
- oyster sauce - 2 tbsp
- sugar - 1 tsp
- vinegar - 2 tbsp
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- white pepper - 1/2 tsp
- stock - 1 cup
- corn flour - 1 tbsp
Instructions
1. Marinate undercut with salt, pepper, corn flour, soya sauce, beaten egg, and then deep fry.
2. Heat oil adds crushed garlic; add all the sauces, seasonings stock, vegetables, when boiling thicken with corn flour paste.
3. Add fry beef and remove.
