Cauliflower 1 medium
Potatoes 2 medium
Green chillies 3
Ginger 2 inch piece
Oil 3 tbsp
Cumin seeds 1 tsp
Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
Red chili powder 1/2 tsp
Coriander powder 2 tsp
Salt to taste
Fresh coriander leaves 1/4 bunch

Instruction For Cooking:

1. Heat oil, add ginger and sauté.

2. Add potatoes and let cook.

3. Add some water, add cumin seeds green chillies, turmeric, red chili powder, coriander powder salt and lastly add small florets of cauliflower and when done top with chopped coriander leaves.
