Sweet Carrot Rice can be made with carrots grated, rice soaked and drained, ghee, cloves, green cardamoms, cinnamon stick, sugar, nuts and milk.

Recipe Of Sweet Carrot Rice:

Preparation time 30-40 minutes
Serves 4-5 people

Ingredients:

Carrots, grated 2
Rice (soaked and drained) 1-1/2 cups
Ghee 3 tbsp
Cloves 2-3
Green cardamoms 6-8
Cinnamon 2-inch stick
Sugar 5-6 tbsp
Nuts (chopped) 2 tbsp
Milk 1-1/2 cups

Instruction For Cooking:

1. Heat ghee. Add carrots, cloves, green cardamom, cinnamon, and sauté well.

2. Add sugar, rice and sauté for 2-3 minutes.

3. Add milk and 1½ cups water and mix well.

4. Cover and cook till rice and carrots become done. Serve hot.

Variation In Sweet Carrot Rice:

Sweet Carrot Rice can be make more variable by adding some other ingredients that will surely make this dessert more delectable, sweet and delicious in taste. You can add khoya and a little rose water to make this more sweet and aromatic in taste. Choice is all yours.
