Recipe Of Vanilla Butter Cake:

Preparation time 40-45 minutes
Serves 5-6 people


Butter 125 gm
Milk ¾ cup
Eggs 3
Vanilla essence 1 tbsp
Caster sugar 1 cup
Flour 1 ½ cup
Baking powder 1 tbsp

Instruction For Making:

1. Heat very gently the butter and milk. Set aside and let cool.

2. Beat eggs well and add essence, gradually add sugar, stir in gradually the butter and milk mixture and the flour and baking powder.

3. Pour mixture in a greased and lined tin.

4. Bake at 180 degrees C for 30-40 minutes or till done.

5. Serve sprinkled with icing sugar when cool.

Variation In Vanilla Butter Cake:

Vanilla Butter Cake can be make more variable by adding few other ingredients to make it more sweet and craving to eat. You can add layer of fresh whipped cream between the centre of this cake while serving, or you can also spread jam of your choice when you cut the slices to serve. Choice is all yours.
