Vegetable Stew Made With:
Vegetable Stew can be made with tomatoes, onions, salt and pepper. For Vegetables you need green beans, cauliflower, carrots, capsicum, spring onion, butter, crushed garlic and milk.
- Tomatoes - 1 kg
- Onions - 1/2 kg
- Salt - To taste
- Black Pepper - To taste
- For Vegetables
- Green Beans - 1/2 cup
- Cauliflower - 1 small
- Carrots - 2
- Capsicum - 1
- Spring onion - 2
- Butter - 2 tbsp
- Crushed Garlic - 3 cloves
- Milk - 1 cup
Instruction For Cooking:
1. Cook the onions along with tomatoes and a little water. Purée, strain and add salt n pepper to taste.
2. Heat some butter, add minced garlic. Sauté and add the finely chopped vegetables and sauté for 2-3 minutes.
3. Do not overcook the vegetables they should retain a slight bite.
4. Add the base tomato soup and bring to boil.
5. Add about a cup of milk and boil.
6. Adjust salt and pepper to taste.
