Zeeray Ka Raita Made With:

Zeeray Ka Raita can be made with yogurt, garlic cloves, water, roasted cumin seeds, green chili paste, salt, black pepper and oil.

Recipe Of Zeeray Ka Raita:

Preparation time 15-20 minutes
Serves 5-6 people


Yogurt 250g
Garlic 4 cloves
Water ½ cup
Roasted Cumin Seeds 2 tsp
Green Chili Paste 1 tbsp
Salt ½ tsp
Black Pepper ½ tsp
Oil 3 tbsp

Instruction For Making:

1. In 250 gms yogurt, add water, salt, roasted cumin, black pepper and green chili paste and beat it.

2. In a pan, now heat oil and saute garlic cloves. When aroma comes, then with the oil, add into the yogurt mixture. Zeeray Ka Raita is ready.

Variation In Zeeray Ka Raita:

Zeeray Ka Raita is already a versatile raita recipe but you can make it more variable and delicious in taste by adding fresh coriander leaves, black pepper powder and little pinch of red chili powder.
