Lemonade is a lemon flavoured drink sweetend with sugar and for make it more refershing mint leaves are also used in it, and is very simple to prepare. Origin Of Lemonade:

Lemonade was first invented by the Egyptians who drank lemonade over 1500 years ago. Lemonade was called “Qatarmizat” by the Egyptians. Pink lemonade and frozen lemonade are also prepared.

Recipe Of Lemonade:

Preparation time 15-20 minutes
Serving 3-4 peoples.

Ingredients:

Lemon 4-5
Sugar 1 cup
Black salt 1 punch
Water 4-5 glass
Mint leaves (chopped) 1/2 bunch
crushed ice as required

Instructions For Preparing:

1. In a blender put water.
2. Now remove seeds of lemons and squeeze lemon juice in to blender.
3. Add sugar and blend well.
4. Now add crushed ice, fresh mint chopped leaves and again blend it for a minute.
5. Now put more ice if required in to serving glasses and put drink and garnish it with a mint leaves and sprinkle a pinch of black salt in each glasses.
6. Serve chilled.

Variation:

Variations on this form of Lemonade can b found in many countries. In Pakistan and India it is commonly known as “limbu paani” or “nimbu paani”. The other variety of lemonade is “pink” and “frozen”.

Uses:

Lemonade (lemon drink) is usually used in summers in different countries. Lemon juice contain the highest concentration of citrate of any fruit.
