Lobiya Qeema Undone Without White Kidney Beans:

Lobiya Qeema cannot be done without white kidney beans. These white kidney beans gives a delicious taste to you when cooked with mince meat and the dish becomes finger licking.

Lobiya Qeema Made With:

Lobiya Qeema can be made with mince, white kidney beans, tomatoes, onions, green chillies, coriander leaves fresh, oil, turmeric powder, salt, garam masala powder, finely chopped ginger, crushed cumin seeds, ginger garlic paste and red chili powder.

Recipe Of Lobiya Qeema:

Preparation time 30-45 minutes
Serves 5-6 people

Ingredients:

Mince (Boiled) ½ kg
White Kidney Beans 250 gms
Tomatoes 250 gms
Onions 2
Green Chillies 6
Coriander Leaves ½ bunch
Oil ½ cup
Turmeric Powder 1 tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Garam Masala Powder 1 tsp
Finely Chopped Ginger 1 tbsp
Crushed Cumin Seeds 2 tsp
Ginger Garlic Paste 2 tsp
Red Chili Powder 1-1/2 gms

Instruction For Making:

1. Heat oil in a pan and brown chopped onions and take out.

2. In the same oil add ginger garlic paste and boiled mince and fry.

3. Now add fried onions and tomatoes in the mince.

4. Add red chili powder,turmeric powder, garam masala powder, salt and crushed cumin seeds and fry.

5. Add boiled white kidney beans and 1 cup water and let it cook .

6. Remove from the stove and sprinkle coriander leaves and finely chopped ginger.

Variation In Lobiya Qeema:

Lobiya Qeema is a very much delicious and a versatile recipe of mince meat cooked together with white kidney beans but you can make more variable by adding red kidney beans instead of white kidney beans choice is all yours.

Lobiya Qeema Served:

Lobiya Qeema can be usually served at dhaba and at home too as a main dish in lunch/dinner menu. Lobiya Qeema can also be served with any type of naan or roti/chapati. It can also be served with plain rice along with any type of raita and salad of your own choice.
