Corn Chaat is a dish colurfully made by adding freshly blanched corn kernels, few chopped onions, tomatoes, cucumber, coriander leaves fresh, green chillies and flavoured with chaat masala and a dash of lime juice drizzled over to give that extra zing and savour.
Recipe Of Corn Chaat:
Preparation time 15 minutes
Serves 4-5 people
Lime Juice 2 tbsp
Red chilli powder 1 tsp
Tomato 3 medium
Green chilli 3-4
Bell pepper 1
Cucumber chopped 1
Onion chopped 1 medium
Sweet corn 250 grams
Chaat masala 1 tsp
Salt To taste
Sugar 1 pinch
Coriander leaves fresh chopped 1/2 bunch
Instruction For Cooking:
1. Take a bowl add sweet corns, chopped onions, chopped cucumber, chopped bell pepper, chopped tomatoes.
2. Mix it well and add red chilly powder, chopped green chilly, chat masala, pinch of salt & sugar,
3. Add chopped coriander, lime juice, in this, mix it well and serve this.
Variation In Corn Chat:
Corn Chaat is already a versatile snack dish but you can make it more variable by adding more ingredients of your own choice to make it more tangy, more spicy, and more delicious you can also add grated coconut, sev, mint chutney, tamarind chutni, boondi, toasted bread slices. choice is all yours.
