Kashmiri Kebab Curry is a recipe from a leading Kashmiri family. Kashmiri Kebab Curry Made With:

Kashmiri Kebab Curry can be made for kebab you need minced meat, egg, onion, red chili powder, salt, all spices powder, nutmeg, ginger garlic paste, and oil. For curry all you need is boiled tomatoes, onion, Kashmiri red chillies, salt, ginger garlic paste, coriander powder, oil, green chillies and fresh coriander leaves for garnishing.

Ingredients:

For Kebab:

Mince ½ kg
Egg 1
Onion 1
Red Chili Powder 2 tsp
Salt ½ tsp
All Spices Powder 1 tsp
Nutmeg ½ tsp
Ginger Garlic Paste 2 tsp
Oil as required

For Making Curry:

Boiled Tomatoes ½ kg
Onion 1
Kashmiri Red Chilies 4
Salt 1 tsp
Ginger Garlic Paste 2 tsp
Coriander Powder 1 tsp
Oil ½ cup
Green Coriander , Green Chilies for garnish

Instruction For Cooking:

1. In a chopper add chopped onions and ½ kg mince.

2. Now add egg, onion, red chilli powder, ½ tsp salt, 1 tsp all spices powder, ½ tsp nut meg, 2 tsp ginger garlic paste mix it and make long kabab.

3. Now fry it in.

For making curry:

1. Add ½ kg boiled tomnatoes , 1onion kashmiri red chilies, 1 tsp salt, ginger garlic paste and add coriander powder in a blender and make paste.

2. Now heat ½ cup add allspices powder and mix well.

3. Add 2 cup of water cook for 10 minutes. In the end garnish for green coriander and red chillies for serve it.

Kashmiri Kebab Curry Variation:

Kashmiri Kebab Curry is already a most versatile dish but you can also made it more variable by adding other ingredients which enhance its taste and make it more delicious. you can bake these kebabs instead of frying and also you can give coal smoke to these kebabs to give it a unique bbq taste.
