Coconut Barfi can be made with semolina, desiccated coconut, butter/oil, milk powder, sugar.

Recipe Of Coconut Barfi:
Preparation time 20-30 minutes
Serve 4-5 people
Semolina 1 cup
Butter or oil 1-1/2 cups
Milk powder 2 cups
Desiccated coconut 2 cups
Sugar 2 cups
Instruction For Cooking:
1. Roast semolina till it changes its colour but do not let it turn dark brown.
2. Set aside. Make a syrup using water and sugar, mix all the ingredients and semolina and cook on low flame.
3. Stir continuously, till all the butter or oil used is absorbed in.
4. When mixture leaves the sides of the pan, remove and spread on a greased surface and cut in squares.
Variation In Coconut Barfi:
you can made this Coconut Barfi with condensed milk instead of using milk powder and sugar. You can also add green or pink food colour to your batter to make it colorful. You can also add nuts of your own choice to make it more crunchy and delicious in taste.
