Bhindi 200 grams
Red chilli powder 1 tsp
Coriander powder 1 tsp
Cumin powder 1/2 tsp
Ajwain 1/2 tsp
Vinegar 2 tbsp
Salt To taste
Chickpea flour 1/4 cup
Oil for deep frying
Instruction For Cooking:
1. Clean bhindi, remove the seeds and cut them into thin juliennes.
2. Take a bowl, add the bhindi juliennes, salt, vinegar, ajwain, cumin powder, coriander powder, chilli powder and mix well.
3. Add chickpea flour, mix and drop them in hot oil
4. Fry until they become crispy and done.
