Recipe Of Bhindi Bhaji:

Preparation time 30 minutes
Serves 4-5 people


Bhindi 1/2 kg
Fresh Coriander leaves chopped 1/2 cup
Oil 2 tsp
Tomatoes 3 large
Cumin 1 tsp
Coriander powder 1/4 tsp
Garlic paste 1/4 tsp
Onions chopped 2 medium

Instruction For Cooking:

1. Cut the tip and the very bottom from the bhindi just to clean it, but do not slice.

2. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Add onion and cook for 3 minutes.

3. Add all ingredients except bhindi, tomato and coriander leaves. Cook for 3 minutes.
4. Add bhindi, then cook for 6 to 8 minutes. Garnish with tomato and coriander.

5. Serve with rice, naan or pita bread.

For best cooking results of Bhindi Bhaji, use fresh bhindi that is tender and small about 3 inches in size or they become tough and stringy. And also cook the bhindi with out cobering lid.
