When making Rabri Siwaiya khoya is the main ingredient to make this dessert and called it actually Rabri Siwaiya because khoya give them consistency of rabri cook together with full cream milk.

Rabri Siwaiya Made With:

Rabri Siwaiya can be made with milk, vermicellies, full cream milk, sugar, rose water, saffron (optional), khoya, yellow food color (optional), silver paper, almonds, pistachios and cardamom powder.

Recipe Of Rabri Siwaiya:

Preparation time 30-50 minutes
Serves 5-6 people


Milk 2 litre
Vermicellies 1 packet
Full Cream Milk 1 cup
Sugar 1 cup
Rose Water 1 tbsp
Saffron ½ tsp
Khoya 1 cup
Yellow Food Color 1 pinch
Silver paper as required
Almonds 100 gms
Pistachios 100 gms
Cardamom Powder ½ tsp

Instruction For Cooking:

1. In the milk, add yellow food color, saffron, Vermicellies , and cook on low flame.

2. When milk dries, add sugar and mix.

3. Then add khoya, full cream milk, almonds, pistachio,cardamoms powder, rose water and mix well.

4. Dish out and garnish with silver peper.

Variation In Rabri Siwaiya:

In Rabri Siwaiya you can also add some other ingredients to make it more delicious and healthy in taste. You can add cashewnuts and condensed milk to make your dessert more healthy and sweet.
