Frozen Turtle Pie
This recipe dessert is magical because you cab have a taste of 2 flavors which are chocolate and coffee in every single bite. These both flavors together can give a new taste to your taste buds which you can definitely like it i think you will gonna love it.
Ingredients
- chocolate cookies (crushed) - 1 packet
- chocolate ice cream softened - 1 litre
- coffee ice cream softened - 1 litre
- unsalted butter (melted & cooled) - 3 tbsp
- toasted walnuts (chopped divided) - 2/3 cup
- caramel syrup - as required
- chocolate syrup - as required
- dark chocolate - for garnish
- whipped cream - fro garnish
Instructions
1.Mix together crushed chocolate cookies and melted butter until combined.
2. Place 2 to 3 tablespoons of the mixture on the bottom of a glass jar.
3. Pack down firmly using a long wooden spoon.
4.Place 1 scoop of chocolate ice cream on top of the cookie crust.
5.Use the back of a spoon to pack it firmly on top of the crust.
6. Sprinkle chopped toasted walnuts on top.
7. Drizzle with caramel and chocolate syrups.
8. Place a scoop of coffee ice cream on top of the chocolate ice cream and pack well using the back of a spoon.
9.Seal jar tightly and freeze until the ice cream returns to its solid state.
10.Before serving, garnish with cream, remaining toasted walnut and chopped dark chocolate.
11.Drizzle more chocolate or caramel syrup on top and serve immediately.
